Sharon L. West is a passionate, conscientious self-care strategist and development coach dedicated to empowering professionals and entrepreneurial mothers.  Sharon is no actress.  With a background in professional play-writing, stage, music, video and film  production, she has had a full scope on how managing self care as a successful state of being can effect business ventures  by confidence or lack thereof.  Personality is more than an innate trait.  We know it is groomed by those in our circles, chosen or not and life experiences.

"I grew up in a two parent household, who like most, in an average family income range during that time, and not always within the best emotional circumstances.  No blame on my parents.  If we are honest with ourselves, learn to find acceptance about their influences, we begin to benefit from understanding, all of life is a matter of happening for us, not to us. What I began to learn from my creative arts and multimedia expertise and entertaining audiences, my talents of communications resonated with their experiences: a running theme of need for change or reframing in gratitude was paramount throughout.  I quickly found that my productions were encouraging positive mindsets and self-development  in others.  I felt honored, but mostly I wanted to know how else can I use my person to increase this influence."

Delving into neuroscience, credentialing in applied positive psychology, communication arts and Master certifications in coaching became alive. As an Executive coach, ontological and transformational coaching techniques, has enabled a growth mindset within her that she now use to help encourage and evoke change in decision making or behaviors others seek.  Her growth ventures has assisted countless individuals, coaches, C-suite executives, managers, new leaders, coaches and individual contractors, overcome imposter syndrome through communication techniques, mindfulness methods, superpower boundary setting, and level 4 active listening skills.

By fostering a growth mindset, helping to impact upon reframing one's thoughts using their own autonomy but guided through deep curious questioning,  building resilience and reconstructing habits that no longer serve a client ensures success. Her professional guidance leads clients and coaches she mentors towards their fullest potential, both personally and professionally.
